Where this started

Two brothers, the same pattern, one decision

Two brothers, both in the trades, kept seeing the same pattern: homeowners paying good money for roofing and HVAC work, only to face the same problems months later. Leaks that came back. AC systems that never ran right. Contractors who collected the check and disappeared.

The root cause was always the same. Nobody was treating the home as a system. A roofer fixed the roof. An HVAC tech replaced the unit. Nobody connected the two — and the homeowner paid the price every time, usually more than once, since a problem that gets patched instead of diagnosed just resurfaces somewhere else a few months later.

It wasn’t a rare occurrence. It was the pattern — job after job, customer after customer, the same story with different names attached. A leak that came back six months after a “repair.” An AC system that never quite ran right after a replacement, because nobody checked whether the ductwork underneath it was actually sealed. Two separate invoices, two separate companies, and neither one accountable for the gap between them.

We built Grandmark to be the contractor we wished existed. One that treats your roof, air, and comfort as one interconnected system — and stands behind every job with video proof. Every recommendation is backed by a video inspection you watch before we start. If we can’t show you why, we don’t recommend it. No phone estimates, no guesswork dressed up as a quote — if a technician can’t point to what they found, on camera, the job doesn’t get quoted that way.

Anyone can say they do good work. We put it on camera. Pre-job inspection and post-job completion video on every job — a permanent record of exactly what was done, and why, that’s yours to keep whether you ever need it or not.

That’s not a slogan; it’s the actual policy every technician works under, on every job, regardless of size.
