All roofing repair, replacement, inspection, and related services are provided under a separate written contract signed by both parties. Estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or via text are preliminary and non-binding until a formal written agreement is executed. Actual pricing, scope, and timelines may vary based on on-site inspection, material availability, permitting requirements, and weather conditions.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Description: Grandmark Service Company operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding estimates, appointment scheduling, service updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotions.

How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Grandmark by:

  • Submitting your mobile number through a form on our Site and checking the SMS consent box;
  • Providing your mobile number during a phone call and verbally agreeing to receive text updates;
  • Texting us directly at the number provided on our Site or marketing materials;
  • Signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (typically 2–8 messages per month per active project or inquiry).

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Grandmark does not charge for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors or service providers (such as our SMS platform vendor) who help deliver messages on our behalf, and only as necessary to provide the service.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Grandmark.

5. Telephone Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from Grandmark and our authorized representatives regarding your inquiry, estimate, or service. You may request to be added to our internal do-not-call list at any time by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Grandmark name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Grandmark Service Company and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, manufacturer warranty pages or financing partners). These links are provided for convenience. Grandmark does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Specific warranties on workmanship and materials are provided in the written service agreement for each project. Except as expressly set forth in a signed agreement, the Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grandmark Service Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided through the Site. Liability for services performed under a signed contract is governed exclusively by that contract.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Grandmark harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
