- Name, phone number, email address, service address, and ZIP code when you request an estimate, submit a form, call us, or sign a service agreement;
- Project details such as roof type, property age, photos you upload, and scope of work;
- Payment and financing information processed through our third-party payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers);
- Communications you send us by email, text, phone, or contact form.

- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site;

Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month per active project or inquiry). Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Grandmark does not charge for SMS messages.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Grandmark.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate our business — including SMS gateway providers, CRM and scheduling software, payment processors, financing partners, website hosting, and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect your information;
