  • Name, phone number, email address, service address, and ZIP code when you request an estimate, submit a form, call us, or sign a service agreement;
  • Project details such as roof type, property age, photos you upload, and scope of work;
  • Payment and financing information processed through our third-party payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers);
  • Communications you send us by email, text, phone, or contact form.

Information Collected Automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site;

All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS opt-in data may only be shared with our SMS platform provider and subcontractors acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages, and only as necessary for that purpose.

Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month per active project or inquiry). Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Grandmark does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (866) 280-5944.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Grandmark.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate our business — including SMS gateway providers, CRM and scheduling software, payment processors, financing partners, website hosting, and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect your information;
  • Subcontractors: With roofing or HVAC subcontractors and suppliers who help complete your project;
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Grandmark, our customers, or the public;

As stated above, SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
