What happens if there’s a warranty issue after the homeowner moves in?
We handle it directly — that’s the point of working with an established company instead of the lowest bidder. We’re still here to answer the warranty claim, not a subcontractor that’s moved on to other projects.
Do you work directly with builders, or only homeowners?
Both. We work with builders on the initial install and coordinate directly with homeowners afterward, so there’s continuity between construction and long-term service.
Can you size a system for a custom home during the design phase?
Yes — the earlier we’re involved, the better we can plan ductwork routing and equipment sizing around the actual floor plan, rather than retrofitting after the fact.
