Rebate Programs Change Constantly. We’ll Tell You What’s Real.

Federal tax credits, state programs, and utility rebates shift, expire, and relaunch throughout the year — and a lot of what’s online is outdated the day it’s published. We check what’s actually available when you call, instead of quoting numbers that may no longer apply.

No obligation · We check current programs at time of your estimate

Why we don’t quote numbers online

Rebate programs are a moving target

Federal tax credits, state-administered rebates, and individual utility programs each run on separate timelines — one can be active while another has run out of funding, and a program that existed last year may not exist this year. Publishing specific dollar amounts on a webpage means they’re likely wrong by the time you read them. Instead, we check the actual current status of every program that could apply to your address and household during your free assessment — not before.

What we actually check

The efficiency factors most homeowners never see

Before we talk equipment or incentives, we look at what’s actually driving your energy use — because a rebate on a new system doesn’t help much if the air it produces is leaking out before it reaches a room.

01

Attic insulation levels

Under-insulated attics let conditioned air escape and outside heat in, forcing your system to work harder regardless of how efficient the equipment itself is.

02

Duct leaks

Leaking ductwork can waste a meaningful share of the cooled or heated air your system produces before it ever reaches a room — undermining even a brand-new, high-efficiency system.

03

Current program status

We check what’s actually funded and accepting applications right now — federal, state, and your specific utility — rather than relying on outdated information.

What Fresno homeowners say

4.8 stars across 1,200+ verified Google reviews — Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Selma, and surrounding Fresno County cities.

Our old unit was on its last leg — Grandmark showed us the numbers on video and it was clear repair wasn’t worth it anymore. New system installed same week, no pressure the whole time.

— Angela R., Fresno, CA (verified Google review)

They replaced our AC and sealed the ducts at the same time. Didn’t know that was even possible with one company. House is cooler than it’s been in years and I have video proof of every step.

— Maria T., Clovis, CA (verified Google review)

Three companies gave me quotes without even looking at the system. Grandmark ran a diagnostic and found the real issue. Saved me over $2,000 and my AC has been perfect ever since.

Energy efficiency & rebates FAQ

Why won’t you tell me the rebate amount before I call?

Because we’d likely be wrong. Federal tax credits, state programs, and individual utility rebates each have their own funding status and rules that change throughout the year — sometimes month to month. We check what’s actually current for your specific address and household during your assessment, rather than publishing a number that may already be outdated.

How do I find out what’s currently available myself?

The ENERGY STAR Rebate Finder and the DSIRE database are reliable starting points for federal and state programs. Your utility’s own website will have the most accurate information on any programs it runs directly. We’ll also check during your visit.

Does duct sealing or insulation work qualify for rebates?

Some utility programs cover duct sealing and insulation improvements alongside qualifying HVAC upgrades — whether that applies depends on the specific program and your utility. We check this as part of your assessment rather than assuming either way.

Do I need a new system to benefit from an efficiency assessment?

No — checking insulation levels and duct leaks is useful on its own, since both affect your energy bill regardless of whether you’re replacing equipment right now.
