AC service.
$99 flat. No upsells.
A real AC service isn’t a 20-minute coil rinse and a $99 invoice. It’s a full 21-point inspection of every part of your cooling system — top to bottom — with a written report you can keep. That’s what we do. That’s what $99 gets you.
✓Full 21-point inspection, every visit
✓Written report with photos — yours to keep
✓60–90 minutes on-site — we don’t rush it
★★★★★
“Booked the $99 service in April. The tech caught a weak capacitor that was about to fail. Replaced it on the spot for $90 — saved us a 105° weekend without AC. Cheapest insurance I’ve ever bought.” — Linda T., Visalia

Here’s everything we actually check.
Most of what passes for “AC service” in this valley is a guy spraying down your condenser coil, charging you $99, and leaving in 20 minutes. That isn’t service — that’s a sales call wearing a uniform. A real AC service goes through every major component of your system on a checklist. Here’s ours. All 21 points happen on every visit.

Book your 21-point service (559) 245-1485 Three ways to handle this.
Most homeowners pick the middle one — it pays for itself the first time we catch something. But honestly, any of these beats waiting for your AC to die at midnight on a Saturday in July, when emergency dispatch rates kick in and we’re booked three days out.

Here’s the thing nobody in our industry wants to say out loud — most heatwave AC failures don’t come out of nowhere. The capacitor that reads 4 microfarads in May (when it should read 35) is the same one that’ll fail on a 107° Saturday in July. The condensate line with sludge in March is the one that floods your ceiling in August.
That’s what a real AC service catches. We find the $40 part that’s about to fail and replace it before it does. Beats writing a $9,000 system replacement check in July, every time.
The bonus most people don’t think about: a properly serviced AC also runs 10–15% more efficiently. For a typical Central Valley home, that’s $20–60 a month off your summer electric bill. The service usually pays for itself the same season.
Book before peak season (559) 245-1485 Why people stick with us.
We’ve been servicing Central Valley AC systems since 1995. Same family, same crews, a lot of the same houses we worked on twenty years ago. We’re not the cheapest service in town and we don’t pretend to be — we just do the job properly the first time and write down what we did.
21point check
A real inspection, not a coil rinse
Every visit includes the full 21-point inspection — refrigerant, coils, capacitor, contactor, blower, drain, thermostat, electrical, filter, system performance. The whole list, every time.
60-90minutes onsite
We’re not in and out in 20 minutes
If a service company is back in their truck inside half an hour, they didn’t service your AC — they cashed your check. A real service takes 60–90 minutes per system. That’s what ours does.

Talk to a senior tech (559) 245-1485 A few questions we get a lot.
How often should I really service my AC?
Honestly? Twice a year — once in spring before cooling season, once in fall before heating. That’s what every manufacturer recommends and what every extended warranty requires. In the Central Valley, where we hit 100°+ for weeks at a time, a spring AC service is the single best thing you can do to avoid a heatwave breakdown.
What does the $99 actually cover?
All 21 points on the inspection list above. Refrigerant levels, both coils cleaned, capacitor and contactor tested, blower motor amp draw, drain line cleared, thermostat calibrated, electrical connections tightened, filter checked, full system performance test. You get a written report with photos when we leave. That’s a flat $99 — no service-call fee on top, no parts hidden in fine print.
Do you actually do everything on the list, or is that marketing?
We actually do all of it. That’s why a real service takes 60–90 minutes per system. If we got in and out in 20 minutes there’s no way we touched all 21 points, and you’d be right to ask for your money back. The written report at the end is partly so you can verify we did the work.
Is the annual plan worth it over the one-time?
If you only want one visit a year, no — just book the $99 one-time service. The annual plan is $149 for two visits (spring AC plus a fall heat check), 15% off any future work, and priority dispatch when everyone else is fighting for an appointment in July. For most homeowners, the discount on a single repair pays for the plan in year one.
Will this actually lower my electric bill?
Usually yes, by about 10–15% on cooling costs. A clean coil, correct refrigerant charge, and a properly calibrated thermostat all add up. For a typical Central Valley home running AC most of the summer, that’s roughly $20–60 a month back in your pocket. The service often pays for itself in the same season.
Are you actually licensed?
Yes. California contractor’s license #1030917. Full general liability and workers’ comp insurance. You can verify us on the CSLB website anytime — type our license number in and you’ll see we’ve been clean since 1995.
What if my AC is brand new — do I still need to service it?
Especially then, actually. Almost every manufacturer voids the parts warranty if you skip annual professional service — go read the fine print on your install paperwork. Keeping a service record is what protects that warranty when something fails year three. We’ll send you the written report each time, which is what manufacturers want to see if you ever file a claim.
Got a different question? (559) 245-1485 Book it now, not in July.
Spring service appointments fill up fast — and once peak heat hits, we’re all booked on emergency calls and there’s no spot left for tune-ups. Lock in your slot today.
